Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nirulife.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

At Niru Life, we understand the importance of receiving your orders in a timely and secure manner. Below are our policies regarding situations involving lost or delayed packages:

1. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, which may be due to theft or delivery errors. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided address is secure and to monitor the package's delivery status.

2. Delayed Package

If your package has not arrived and tracking shows it is delayed:

  • Required Action: Please contact us at support@nirulife.com. We will create a support case to assist you in resolving the issue and provide the necessary assistance to locate your package.

3. Delivery Failure and Return to Sender

If tracking shows a delivery failure and the package appears to be on its way back to our facility:

  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can resend the package, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs again.

  • Required Action: Regardless of the reason for the return, please contact us at support@nirulife.com to create a support case. We will assist you in resolving the issue, whether it involves resending the package (with associated costs) or verifying the address if it is correct and the error is due to another reason.
