Niru Life SMS Program — Terms & Conditions

Program description. Niru Life, a brand of Central Digital Network, LLC, offers an SMS program that sends promotional and informational text messages about our products, offers and orders to customers who opt in.

How to join. You can opt in by checking the SMS marketing consent box at checkout on nirulife.com, or by providing your mobile number through a Niru Life sign-up form and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received, according to your plan.

How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further marketing text messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers collected for our SMS program with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
